IT Specialist Advisory Services, a newly formed division of IT Specialist Network (ITSN) based in Huntsville, Alabama, is an IT procurement advisory service specializing in cybersecurity, cloud computing and managed services. The division assists organizations of all kinds in the acquisition of information technology and telecommunication products and services from around the world. Moreover, the division has adopted a vendor neutral approach to IT procurement for its clients, helping insure the optimal application of technology for any given client.
As a new division, we are seeking to build a team of Senior IT Solutions Consultants in a customer facing role who specialize in either cybersecurity, cloud computing, or managed services. In this consultative role you will play a crucial role in effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services to both prospects and clients of ITSN. Moreover, you will emphasize how our consulting services can save them time, money, and effort in the acquisition of information technology and telecom services for their entity.

In your role as a Sr. IT Consultant, you will be given wide latitude or independence in how you work with IT Specialist Advisory Services. You will be functioning as a pre-sales consultant mostly on a remote basis, giving you the freedom to work unsupervised and within your own time schedule. You will also be given the unparalleled opportunity to leverage the IT Specialist Network platform as an industry leader or budding influencer, which can lead to even higher sales or income, setting you apart from many of your peers in the industry. Furthermore, you will also be able to participate in a generous stock option plan or grant from day one, which is rarely offered in the industry.
The position of Sr. IT Solutions Consultant is a pay for performance 1099 based compensation plan, plus a generous stock option grant that begins on the day of your signed ITSN contractor agreement. Once earned, commissions are generally paid monthly based on subscriber seats/contract length, and/or singular contract deals and spiffs. Training and ongoing support is provided on tools and platforms used to conduct sales and lead generation.
This position requires no quotas, and no caps on earnings (you can make more than the boss!). You can work full-time or part-time, and remote. However, you must work continuously with no significant gaps other than vacations, medical leave, and other extenuating circumstances in order to qualify for our generous stock option grant.
As a consultative sales representative you will be required to sign a non-disclosure/non-compete agreement as a condition of contracting with ITSN. Consultative sales representatives will be offered the option to sign a non-qualified stock option agreement within sixty days upon signing of the ITSN contractor agreement to qualify for our stock grant.
